Graphic Design Excellence

  • Create high-quality creatives for digital campaigns, social media, and branding.
  • Develop modern, minimal, and conversion-focused designs.
  • Work on branding kits, UI elements, banners, landing page creatives.
  • Maintain consistency with brand guidelines.

Advanced Video Editing & AI Content Creation

  • Create high-performing video ads, reels, and short-form content.
  • Use cinematic cuts, motion graphics, and storytelling.
  • Use AI tools for video generation, voiceovers, avatars.
  • Optimize videos for performance marketing.

AI & Prompt Engineering

  • Use tools like Midjourney, DALL·E, Runway, Pika.
  • Write effective prompts for images and videos.
  • Stay updated with latest AI trends.

Presentation & Communication Design

  • Create high-end corporate PPTs and pitch decks.
  • Design engaging newsletters.
  • Convert complex data into visual storytelling.

Marketing-Focused Creativity

  • Design creatives aligned with marketing goals.
  • Work with marketing team for ads and campaigns.
  • A/B test creative variations.

Tools & Software

  • Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro
  • Canva (Pro level)
  • After Effects (Preferred)
  • AI tools (mandatory)

Core Skills

  • Strong design sense and storytelling.
  • Understanding of color theory and typography.
  • Knowledge of performance marketing creatives.
  • Ability to create scroll-stopping content.

Bonus Skills
