Data Processing Agreement

This Data Processing Agreement ("DPA") forms part of the Agreement between Megamax Services Pvt. Ltd. ("Megamax") and the Customer, and governs the processing of personal data by Megamax on the Customer's behalf.

1. Scope and Roles

The Customer acts as the Data Controller, and Megamax acts as the Data Processor, in respect of personal data processed through the Platform in connection with the Agreement.

2. Processing Instructions

Megamax will process personal data only on the documented instructions of the Customer, except where otherwise required by applicable law.

3. Security Measures

Megamax implements appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data against unauthorised access, loss, or disclosure.

4. Sub-processors

Megamax may engage sub-processors to support the delivery of the Services, subject to imposing data protection obligations substantially similar to those set out in this DPA.
