- Plan, schedule, and implement network upgrades, and assist in implementations and migrations.
- Provide change/problem management support.
- Create and maintain documentation for monitoring systems, processes and creation of hardware devices.
- Diagnose and resolve every connectivity issue, perform updates, configuration changes and back-ups.
- Be available, willing to cover shifts as required, to rapidly troubleshoot any problems resulting from the changes and or faults.
- Ensure global network support and maintain high system availability in collaboration with external suppliers.
- Perform relevant duties on a day-to-day basis.
- Create and maintain documentation for monitoring, processes, network diagrams, and existing device inventory.
- Monitor and maintain all the network devices (LAN devices, routers, switches, wifi controllers, etc.) and related equipment and services.
- Identify mission-critical production network-related issues and troubleshoot end-user issues.
