Outline Job Description & Responsibilities:

Provide technical guidance and expertise in the support of users for below locations.

Mumbai – Number of users : 250

Delhi – Number of users : 100

Install, upgrade, monitor and support PC hardware as well as peripherals (printers, scanners, etc)

Maintain the software ensuring that the operating systems, security tools and software products are updated and maintained

Ensure that local and wide area networking systems in the office and warehouse locations are operational

Support the global support team with fault diagnosis, performance issues and provide local assistance as required

Co-ordinate and enable new PC and user account setup

Ensure that all factors relating to security in networks, hardware, software and user environments are maintained within corporate guidelines

Monitoring and maintaining local servers such as file server systems

Other tasks as designated by the local IT Field Support Supervisor
