    Experience: 5+Yrs Opening: 1 Location: Makati (Philippines) Qualification: Bachelor's in HR
    • Responsible for end-to-end employee cycle which includes all activities for recruitment, onboarding, training, performance & compensation management, grievance management, and off-boarding.
    • Develop, review and implement HR strategies and policies in alignment with business goals.
    • Provide HR business partnering to the business by working closely with department managers in matters relating to HR and admin.
    • Responsible for execution and management of annual performance appraisal and preparation for a yearly salary review, promotion, and variable bonus for reporting.
    • Manage and oversee office administration functions, including procurement of office supplies and equipment, management of contracts, lease or tenancy agreements, organisation and office space management, administration of employee’s insurance, and liaison with vendors and contractors.
    • Process monthly payroll, tax clearance, and government contributions.

    The Successful Applicant

    • Completed Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent level.
    • 5+ years experience in HR
    • Well-versed with the Labour code of the Philippines, and statutory rules and regulations
    • Good knowledge of payroll
    • Able to multi-task and work independently in a dynamic environment
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
    • Creative and critical thinker who is proactive, resourceful, collaborative, and is driven to deliver
    • Able to start work immediately or within short notice is preferred
    • You will be responsible for conducting initial interviews, which are then used to narrow the number of potential candidates who will be interviewed by the hiring manager. Oftentimes, recruiters will set up interview appointments between the chosen candidates and the hiring manager.
    • You will be responsible for screening resumes to determine which candidates meet the minimum requirements. Recruiters then move chosen candidates on to the next step in the hiring process.
