Roles and Responsibilities:

• Manage the entire life cycle of the IT recruitment process for clients in the US.
• Work closely with the Recruiting leads and hiring managers.
• Work on strategic global hiring programs.
• Must have experience in dealing W2/C2C with U.S. Citizens, Green Card Holders, H1B candidates.
• To understand the technical requirements of clients and deliver qualified resources
• Ability to display deep sourcing skills and excellent candidate assessment skills.

Requirements:

• Should have excellent oral and written communication skills.
• The ability to think analytically so as to consider all applicants and recommend the right fit for the organization.
• Should be self-motivated as well as a team player.
